Reflexology is an ancient therapeutic system of massage, manipulation and application of pressure to specific areas of the feet that correspond to, and connect to, all the body‘s systems known as the reflex points. The muscular, digestive, respiratory and endocrine (hormone) systems can all be accessed and stimulated where there is congestion, blockages or imbalance. The corresponding or connecting areas will then feel the benefit. Reflexology aims to relax, to help the body heal itself, to balance, to restore, to de-stress and re-energise.
It can be used to aid healing, promote well being or target specific issues. This is a highly individual treatment and I work closely with you and monitor your response to evolve the therapy during the treatment to provide the optimum outcome.
I have worked with clients with a wide range of issues from stress, depression, IBS, hormonal imbalances, sub fertility auto immune diseases including cancer, muscular aches and pains, migraines and labour priming and pregnancy.

Aromatherapy is the practice of using natural essential oils from specific parts of plants to enhance psychological and physical wellbeing.
These may be used both topically through massage, as the oils can be absorbed into the blood stream through the skin or through the olfactory senses. The healing characteristics of these precious oils can range from cooling analgesic muscle relaxants to calming and balancing mood lifting aromas.
These preparations are bespoke to an individuals’ needs, tastes and practical applications and are based on consultation.
